6. Rowing Through Marracastan
7. This World Is Our Playground
8. Tornado, Mmm mmm mmm
9. Cover Me Quickly
10. The Surrender
11. Afraid
12. Difference
13. Wide Open

The album will come out April 7th at our Mercantile show so be there and have fun with us!! It should be one of the best ones ever.

February 12th

Yesterday we finished all the guitar that's gonna be on the album so all that's left now is the bass and the vocals. We should be done after a few more weekends of work. We decided that we're releasing the album on April 7th at THE MERCANTILE. That'll give us enough time to make the album and all the album art because on this one we're going all out. This will be our best CD easily.

January 29th

So we've started recording the new CD officially. We finished the drums and started on some of the guitar and lemme tell ya, it's gonna be really awesome. More news to come soon.

January 22nd

-We're all home and rested now from tour. It was an awesome and eventful two weeks. Met a lot of awesome kids and made tons of friends. It was a good ole' time. We're gonna start playing a lot of more diverse venues around nashville now so look out for those. Also, we want to play Franklin a lot so if anyone has a house show they want us to play then hit us up. Otherwise, we'll play it's a grind and all that good stuff.
We're about to start recording our new full length called "This World Is Our Playground" this weekend. It should be sweet. That's all for now. Peace.

January 7th

-Well we've been on tour for a few days and it's been amazing! If you see us come to a place near you, please come out and have fun!!! P.S.- When we come back, we're gonna start recording our new full length album called "This World Is Our Playground" so look out for that.

December 11th

-We're about to start touring and whatnot so check our shows page to see what's gonna be going on. We're recording our full length album finally in January and it will be awesome.

November 10th

-Demo release show at The Muse on November 22nd. Come and get it!

October 14th

-I wanna say thank you to all the people who stuck with us last night although the show had to move. I thought at least half of the people would end up going home, but somehow even more people showed up. It was really fun and Franklin shows rule!

October 1st

-Franklin shows will be coming up pretty soon that everyone should check out! Our new CD is getting closer and closer to being complete. Stay tuned!

September 18th

-Biography has been updated a bit. More pictures will be up soon also.. New shows up as well. Gerogia and Kentucky are about to get hit pretty soon here. We're "broadening our horizons."

September 10th

-It looks like we've found us a new bass player! It's a friend of ours which we've known for years and who we've jammed with in the past before. His name is Josh Rosa. As for the CD, it shouldn't be much longer. Look for our upcoming shows.

September 6th

-I regret to inform all of you that last night was Brad's last show with us because he's moving out to California. We wish him the best of luck in his "travels" and know that he'll have a gnarly time in Cali! I guess we'll see what's gonna go on with the whole bassist situation. We'll figure something out. Cowboy Dynamite won't die just yet!

September 4th

-Everyone come to the show at the Muse tomorrow at 7 p.m.!!!!
-While you're waiting for the new Cowboy Dynamite CD to come out, you can check out little side projects we've been working on.

Wes- http://www.myspace.com/campwarrior
Andy/Brad- http://www.myspace.com/themodestskye

But no worries, the CD will come soon. I'm sorry it's taking so long.

August 14th

-Sorry for the wait everyone. We're getting there with the new CD. Still have to figure out what songs we're gonna put on the CD and all that good stuff. Give us time, damn!

June 22nd

-Andy, Brad, and Wes are recording a demo EP today. Shit is gonna start going down now ya'll! Just check on here for updates in the future.

June 18th

-Andy, the drummer, will be gone for three weeks in July so maybe Cowboy Dynamite will play acoustic shows or something. Who knows..

May 10th

-Park show has been cancelled due to certain events. Sorry.. we'll try to book more local shows soon so people can come out. Patience!

May 9th

-So I deleted the "Anarchy Corner" page because anarchy isn't real. :0 He said it! Oh my god!

April 12th

-Some awesome shows coming up. Check them out!

March 22nd

-No shows booked/planned as of right now. We're going on spring break and having major "clearing our heads" time. Nothing better than a week at the beach. Until then...

March 17th

-Come to Josh's Birthday Party tonight! Go!

March 7th

-We have a really sweet show that we're very excited about coming up. It's a Saint Patrick's Day/Josh Rosa's birthday party. Us and Hollywood are playing and it should be ridonkulously awesome. You best be there bitches.
In other news, we're getting pretty antsy for recording this new CD. I'm sure it's gonna be happening real soon. I even heard that they are gonna put some of their old songs on the CD with full band versions of them. Supposedly, it's supposed to be a fairly long CD with the best songs from both CD's including new ones. But that's just a rumor I heard. I dunno. Peace.

February 2nd

-So we got a sweet review today in the Nashville Scene. It goes a little something like this: "There's a good reason for the weary post-teen music crowd to head out to The Muse every now and then--to hear regulars like Cowboy Dynamite, a teen punk band from Franklin who point to the next wave of the local rock scene. Delightfully messy numbers like 'Police Station' are your basic teen anarchist's stare-down with authority, and 'Crosses on the Highway' is the kind of rowdy free-for-all that sounds as much like a foot-stompin' campfire sing-along as it does ramshackle punk. Cowboy Dynamite may not generate the hype of say, BYOP, but they should, and not just because they're kids, but because their youth allows them to approach punk rock like it ought to be approached: with curiosity, recklessness and humor." By Tracy Moore

I'm not exactly sure who she was alluting to when she mention "BYOP," but otherwise this is a sweet review. I felt all nice and fuzzy inside. Thank you Tracy Moore.

January 29th

-New pictures up of us with B-rad now! Taking pictures is pretty fun when you're acting so stupid that you could pass for drunk. Check shows every now and then, we should be playing quite a bit for the next while.

January 16th

-So, as you all know, we got a new bass player and it rules and feels entirely more complete, which makes us feel more productive and we feel like gettin' shit in general done. In the next few weeks, we're gonna try to drive up to Iowa and make a CD that's gonna sound awesome. Also, we've been talking about touring so look out for that during summer-ish time. A lot is gonna be happening for the next while so just check for updates. Lata!

January 20th

-This Sunday is our first show with our new bass player B-rad. We're playing at the Muse so you guys should come watch! It's history in the making..

January 17th

-I've put up some new pictures on the 'Pictures' page. Check em out if you'd like. They're older ones, but I just got them because someone sent them to me. More people should do that. Hint hint..

January 14th

-So Cowboy Dynamite has added a BASS PLAYER FINALLY! His name is Brad. He's pretty hot. I'd do him.

January 1st

-Happy New Year! We have now posted lyrics for Finding Phillip. Sorry for the wait if you cared.

^^^^ 2006 ^^^^

December 25th

-You may or may not have noticed a new page up on this website. That's right, Anarchy Andy has made his own little corner/page. Check it out as he will update it every now and then with his amazing words and wisdom.

December 24th

-Merry Christmas everyone! The first official sticker design has been finished and it's up on the Merch page. We'll let you know once we start printing them, which should be soon. Lata!

P.S.- I forgot to mention that we now have a new line of shirts and have made some sweet patches. Haven't had a chance to take pictures of them so I can't post pictures yet. You can see them at all of our shows. If you can't come to our shows then you'll have to patiently wait for pictures. HA!

December 10th

-We have some new songs and are looking to record a demo. We want to know if anyone knows of a place that has really good recording equipment so we can go all out without paying a shit load of money. If you know anyone or anything, let us know. We want to see what our options are for the next CD.

December 5th

-I'm kinda bored. It's really cold outside. Send us a funny e-mail. We'll make it a contest and the winner gets a cheeseburger.

November 6th

-We've recieved 100 tickets to sell for that Battle of the Bands at The Muse on November 20th. Please tell us if you want one, we need to sell some. Thanks everybody!

October 20th

-In exactly a month, November 20th, we're playing a sweet Battle of the Bands at the Muse and it starts at six p.m. If you don't come and have fun, you're not a true Cowboy Dynamite fan and you won't ever get a fucking corn dog from me again.

October 18th

-Nevermind, October 29th show at the Mercantile has been canceled due to a disease called "fagballs" that the Mercantile picked up. (AKA- they cancelled it because they're money hungry bitches.)

October 18th

-This weekend is our first 'Hair of the Dog' show with Bubg so everyone should come! Next week, we're playing Damann(sp?) Nicholls party at the Mercantile which should be really awesome as well. Just keepin' ya'll updated. Peace.

October 1st

-Giant Katrina Benefit show tonight at 5 at the First Methodist Church. Bring either five dollars, 3 articles of clothing, or 3 cans of food. Bring as many people as you can. There's about nine bands playing, it should be really fun!

August 5th

-We now have a 'Shows' page up so that you don't have to resort to our myspace for show updates anymore. Also, CD release show today! Weeeee!

August 3rd

-If anyone has any kind of Cowboy Dynamite pictures that we could use to put on the website then send them to us through our e-mail that's on the Contacts page. Thanks!

July 30th

-We've decided on a minor change of plans. "Finding Phillip" is still coming out at the park show on August 5th, but "Lonely Summer Nights" won't be released until The Mercantile show on September 9th because we thought it would be too much to release at once. We think a month apart would be a good amount of time for it all to flow well together.

July 26th

-"Finding Phillip" is now completely recorded! Our release date is August 5th at Pinkerton Park where we will have a show. Along with releasing "Finding Phillip", we've decided to release another CD we recorded and loved so much that we wanted to share it. It's called "Lonely Summer Nights" and it was all recorded in one night from 10p.m. to 9a.m. the next morning. It's quite an amazing piece of work and it's very entertaining. There's 13 songs on "Finding Phillip", which will be 5 dollars, and 7 songs on "Lonely Summer Nights" which will be 1 to 2 dollars. Hope to see you at the showdown at Pinkerton Park the Friday after this Friday!

July 17th

-New pictures are now up that were taken randomly throughout our tour. Check them out if you want.

July 1st

-Tour in July 3-9 in Florida. (Orlando, Tampa, Miami etc. etc.)

New CD being recorded and will be out soon after the tour is over. "Finding Phillip"
